As Ultra’s first dedicated social media team hire, I was responsible for building its digital marketing strategies from the ground up. In collaboration with the creative director, I helped develop a cohesive look and feel for all social content that was relatable and eye catching to our EDM-centric demographic. Additionally, I devised a strategic community management plan that would engage over 100k new organic followers during my first year. During that time, I also launched the label’s efforts in influencer marketing, garnering partnerships with over 30 influencers (cumulative following of over 10 million) across multiple interests to promote new music.

As the social manager, I was responsible for attending live events and capturing dynamic content of our artists. For each appearance, I directed talent with social opportunities for IG Stories and Snapchat in real time.

As an international label, I was also responsible for maintaining our worldwide correspondence across social. I helped manage Ultra’s social presence in China (Weibo) and Russia (VK), as well as running targeted FB posts for our audiences in Latin America and Europe.
