As part of Spotify’s strategic social team, I helped conceptualize elevated content opportunities for new music releases, in-house franchise initiatives, and artist partnerships. My primary responsibilities consisted of brainstorming content across relevant social channels (contingent to each artist’s demographic), providing audience analyses to determine sweet spots, and leading creative copy initiatives in the voice & tone of Spotify.

I created a Twitter thread to integrate a trending social holiday with Spotify’s mission to make the connection between music fans across multiple genres and fandoms.

I worked on several paid campaigns for releases across all genres, delivering scripts and prompts for artists to answer on camera. During post-production, I helped guide our creative team on editing and choosing the most compelling parts from raw footage.

To launch Spotify’s first ever music charts, I helped spearhead their strategic content rollout across Instagram and Twitter. Leading up to the launch, I worked with my creative counterparts to develop interactive and engaging posts to showcase the top played songs and albums in the U.S. and globally. Spotify Charts debuted in October 2020 and has since become an essential destination for music fans and the industry.
